Totilas son out of the daughter of the double German Champion Silberaster OLD
Set sensational price peak
Our Total McLaren set standards with his very first crop of stallions. His son Trocadéro noir became the first reserve winner in Münster-Handorf and advanced to the top price of the stallion market with a final bid of 700,000 euros. Total McLaren has already been honored for the outstanding quality of his foals and was named Oldenburg main premium winner.
Total McLaren was a discovery at the Dutch licensing in 's-Hertogenbosch/NED, where the beautiful black stallion attracted everyone's attention. He was subsequently licensed in Denmark and completed his stallion performance test there with the expected highlights in terms of basic gaits and rideability with a total of 807.0 points. Under Jana Schrödter, he secured bronze at the 2021 National Riding Horse Championships - with a dream score of 10 for canter. In 2022, he took bronze again with Leonie Richter in the saddle - this time at the Bundeschampionat for five-year-old dressage horses (8.8).
His sire Totilas won gold twice at the 2009 European Championships in Windsor/GBR and three times at the 2010 World Equestrian Games in Lexington/USA. He also won the World Cup Final in 's-Hertogenbosch/NED in 2010. He repeatedly set completely new records in the Grand Prix arena. He has produced more than 45 licensed sons, such as our licensing winner, Swedish dressage horse champion, World Championship finalist, Burg-Pokal and Louisdor Prize winner, VTV stallion, Olympic and European Championships freestyle runner-up Total Hope OLD. Totilas currently occupies fourth place in the ranking of the world's best dressage sires (according to the WBFSH).
The dam state premium mare Deja vu, herself a serial winner in tests for young riding and dressage horses, also produced Damon de Luxe OLD (by Damon Hill), who was successful in advanced-level dressage competitions, and three licensed stallions: Supreme (by Sezuan), Touché Noir (by Totilas) and Jonior (by Jovian). The half-sister Secret Memorys (by Sezuan) recorded victories in the international Small Tour under Ann-Kathrin Lindner. The Deja vu daughter Silberniece (by Franklin) is the dam of the licensed stallion Jagger (by Jameson).
The damsire De Niro won Grand Prix dressage competitions as an eight-year-old under riding master Dolf-Dietram Keller, including the Hamburg Dressage Derby. He led the WBFSH ranking of the world's best dressage sires for six consecutive years. He owes this to his numerous successful championship offspring, such as the Olympic team gold medal winner and individual bronze medal winner Desperados under Kristina Bröring-Sprehe, the World Championship team gold medal winner D'Agostino with Fabienne Müller-Lütkemeier and the European Championship bronze medal winner Delgado with Beatriz Ferrer-Salat/ESP. The aforementioned Desperados is also one of the more than 100 licensed sons of De Niro, who was also named Hanoverian Stallion of the Year in 2008.
The granddam state premium and elite mare Silberaster OLD, herself a full sister to Serpico, who was successful up to Inter I level, and half-sister to the licensed stallion Reiter-Traum (by Rubinstein), was an Oldenburg champion mare and two-time riding horse national and state champion. Under Helen Langehanenberg, she also won bronze at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses (5-year-olds) in 2008. She also produced the licensed stallion For Roubaix ter Selle S (by For Ferrero), the Grand Prix winner Fürst Oldenburg (by Fidertanz)/Holga Finken and Q Silberaster's Quaterback (by Quaterback)/Eva-Maria Sipple and Katharina Sieger, who placed in the Small Tour. Her daughter Dreisilber (by Dressage Royal) is the dam of Fleur d'Lily (by Fürstenball), who was successful in the Small Tour in the USA. And the Silberaster daughter association premium mare Silberhit (by De Niro) became the dam of Silberlily (by Grand Galaxy Win T), who placed in the international Small Tour.
Sandro Hit, who follows in third place in the pedigree and is himself a dressage horse world champion and national champion, made a name for himself early on as a stamp stallion in dressage horse breeding. He is currently in the top 20 in the WBFSH ranking of the world's best dressage sires.
The Hanoverian line of the Festzeit, from which the licensed stallions High Society, Welthall, Wait and See, Wittenberg, Gallipoli, Avanti, Furinos Son, Wontorra, Sandro's Son and Walzer as well as numerous internationally successful sport horses, such as the Grand Prix-successful Wells Fargo, also descend.
