Our procedures
We have requirements for how our horses are ridden. Our internal procedures stipulate that all work with horses at Helgstrand Dressage is carried out with the welfare of the horse as the highest priority. Therefore, our procedures are fully compliant with animal welfare legislation, the ethical guidelines of the Danish Equestrian Federation, as well as the International Equestrian Federation's Code of Conduct and general guidelines.
Violation of procedures leads to sanctions
The procedures in our employee handbook clearly describe our requirements for all work with and handling of horses. Violation of our procedures results in various sanctions, including termination.
