A modern and large-framed stallion
Tørveslettens Sylvester is a modern and large-framed stallion with exceptionally good movements, which have been rated with 9s and 10s on several occasions. In 2018, he was placed second in the qualification round for the Danish Equestrian Federation's dressage championship with an impressive score of 93.8%, while later that year, he won the 35-day test with a commanding 870.5 points.
His exceptional gaits are undoubtedly inherited, as he is sired by the champion stallion and triple world champion, Sezuan, who convincingly won his 35-day test in Danish Warmblood with a total score of 976.5 points and received ten 10s. Sezuan later went on to win the DRF dressage championship for 4-year-olds with Andreas Helgstrand. Since then, he has achieved incredible success under Dorothee Schneider with three World Championship titles and several victories in the Small Tour.
On the dam's side we have the gold medal mare Tørveslettens Stamina, who has many victories behind her. Stamina won silver at the DRF Dressage Championships for 4-year-olds, after which she won for both 5- and 6-year-olds. She was finalist at the World Championships for young horses in both 2010 and 2011 and has several wins up to Grand Prix under Andreas Helgstrand.
The grandsire is the wing stallion Stedinger, who himself has competed in advanced level dressage. Stedinger is the sire of several top horses, including Status Quo, Schumacher, Tørveslettens Snowflake, and Atterupgaards Minaia.
