Two-time record stallion performance test champion
Two in one stroke: First, Tie Break won his performance test in Vechta. With 9.16! He received top scores for his rideability (9.5), his willingness to perform (9.5) and his trot (9.4). He was also unbeatable at his 50-day test in Schlieckau in autumn: the judges awarded him the dream score of 9.75 for rideability, 9.0 for trot, 8.5 for canter and walk and 9.0 for the overall impression and character.
We are now eagerly awaiting the first crop of foals of our two-time stallion performance test winner, who himself has very valuable bloodlines.
His sire, Glock’s Toto Jr. N.O.P., the first son of his legendary sire Totilas to be licensed in Germany, won his first international Grand Prix competitions with his rider Edward Gal/NED in 2021 with over 78 percent. In 2020, the pair won the Dutch Championships with scores of over 80 and 86 percent. As a five and six-year-old, Glock’s Toto Jr. N.O.P. won the Pavo Cup and was also unbeatable at his stallion performance test. Over 40 of his sons have been licensed, including Glock’s Taminiau, who was victorious in the international Small Tour with Hans Peter Minderhoud/NED, and Majestic Taonga, double premium stallion, trained by Isabell Werth. He also produced the 2023 World Champion of six-year-old dressage horses, My Toto, also ridden by Hans Peter Minderhoud, and the 2023 Pavo Cup winner Mac Toto ridden by Danielle Heijkoop/NED.
Tie Break’s half brother, Be My Lover (by Baron), won multiple competitions for young dressage horses.
His grand-dam, Weingolda, produced the Mecklenburg premium stallion Top Level (by Top Gear), who was successful in intermediate (M*) level dressage competitions with Isabel Freese/NOR.
His great-grand-dam, Weingold, produced the Westphalian premium stallion Willingapark Fangio (by Flanell), who took part in the World Championships for seven-year-old dressage horses in 2022 with Jayden Brown/AUS.
His fourth dam, Die Weingard, is the half sister of Lord Weingard (by Lordanos)/Jan Sprehe, premium stallion and successful in 1.50m show jumping competitions. Die Weingard produced the international show jumping horse Die Weintanz (by Fidertanz) and Sauvignon (by Sandro Hit), who was successful in Small Tour in the USA and who produced the Grand Prix horse Daquiri (by Dacaprio).
His sixth dam, Weingard, produced the licensed stallions Lindenberg (1.60m SJ), Landkaiser (Grand Prix) and Libertas (all by Landadel) as well as the top show jumping mare Lady Weingard (by Landadel), who won team gold at the World and European Championships in Rome/ITA and Mannheim/GER with Markus Beerbaum and who was unbeatable in the Grand Prix of Wellington/USA, Florida/USA, Wiesbaden/GER, Balve/GER and Maastricht/NED. Her lifetime prize money amounts to over 450,000 euros.
The licensed stallions Windfall CB (by Weltmeyer) and Cardinal de l’Air (by Carenzo), amongst others, descend from this Hanoverian dam line.
