Our successful breeding stallion and Grand Prix champion, Revolution, has been sold to the MFI Group, a sponsor of the Portuguese rider, Roberto Brasil, who will now take the reins of this fantastic stallion.
Roberto is an experienced rider in professional dressage. He has competed in the Young Horse World Championships in 2021 and 2023 and has participated in 5 international Grand Prix competitions, ranking as the number 1 Grand Prix rider in Portugal until August of this year.
Revolution and Roberto's partnership begins in Denmark, where they will spend the initial period getting to know each other, allowing Roberto to have a flying start with this fantastic stallion.
And Revolution is an exceptional horse from the very beginning. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional quality and, among other achievements, won the DRF (the Danish Equestrian Federation) Championship for young dressage horses three years in a row in the 4, 5, and 6-year-old categories, respectively. Revolution's success extends beyond Denmark. In 2018, he achieved the remarkable feat of being named World Champion for 5-year-olds under Andreas Helgstrand. The following year, he earned a prestigious silver medal for 6-year-olds. Since then, Revolution and Andreas have achieved more impressive results. In 2020, they made their debut at the Prix St. Georges level, winning with a score of over 77%. In 2023, they made their Grand Prix debut with a victory and a score of 75.9%.
Revolution has not only impressed in sport but also in breeding. He is the sire of several licensed stallions and an impressive number of successful offspring in sport, with no less than four of his progeny participating in the World Championships for 5-year-old dressage horses in 2022. In 2021, Revolution received a special honor. At just eight years old, he was awarded the title of elite stallion by Danish Warmboold, in recognition of his own achievements and, particularly, the accomplishments of his progeny.
