This weekend has been dedicated to the Oldenburg Stallion Days, featuring the traditional stallion licensing and auction.
And what a great auction with high level stallions it was. We bought 2 brand new stallions for Helgstrand Dressage.
The first is the third-ranked premium stallion of the licensing. A promising son by our successful breeding stallion, Dynamic Dream, with Bordeaux x Fürst Piccolo on the dam’s side. The breeder is Arndt Schwierking.
The second, was the licensed stallion by son our former breeding stallion, Global Player. This new stallion has Fürstenball x Sando Hit on the dam's side, and he was bred by Britta Budeus-Wiegert.
On top of the two newly bought stallions, Helgstrand Dressage was also represented at the stallion licensing with two of our own stallions and the offspring of several of our breeding stallions.
Two of our own stallions were licensed:
- A son by our former breeding stallion and World Champion for 7-year-old dressage horses, Danciero. This stallion was appointed Premium stallion and is by Londontime x Danone I on the dam’s side. The breeder is Arndt Schwierking.
- A stallion by Sezuan x Fürst Romancier x De Niro, bred by Wilfried Fleming.
Additionally, three stallions from our breeding stallions were licensed:
- A stallion by So Perfect x Benicio x Florencio I, bred by Bernhard Sieverding.
- Another stallion by So Perfect x De Niro x Sandro Hit, bred by Jutta Kelle.
- A stallion by Iron x Sarkozy x De Niro, bred by Sebastian Kriebitzsch.
