• Winner of the Danish Championships for four-year-old dressage horses

With dream scores (10.0 for canter), Kardieno qualified for the Danish Championships for four-year-old dressage horses and again left no doubt about his supremacy. 9.22 was the outstanding result for this black emerald, whose bloodlines combining Dante Weltino with one of the most powerful Gelderland dam lines make him a genetic rarity. He received the scores of 9.8 for canter, 9.0 for walk, 9.0 for trot and 8.5 for rideability. In 2018, Kardieno was licensed in ’s-Hertogenbosch/NED and very successfully completed his stallion performance test in the same place. As the first stallion with a Gelderland pedigree background, he was approved for breeding in Denmark.

His sire Dante Weltino OLD extended his medal collection in 2019 with team bronze at the European Championships in Rotterdam/NED and also took part in the individual final (placed 14th and 11th).

Kardieno's dam El.St. Vidieni was Champion Foal at the KWPN Gelderland Championships, completed an excellent mare performance test as a three-year-old and was successful at intermediate (M) level in dressage and advanced (S) level in show-jumping.

Kardieno is approved in DWB, OLD and KWPN.
